(1) Reimbursement of accommodation costs will be granted to participants living more than 50 km from the event.

(2) Your travel expenses will be reimbursed on an expense report accompanied by original supporting documents, sent within the prescribed deadlines.

Mileage allowances: within the limit of 500km round trip.

Plane/Train: Reimbursement based on a 2nd class return trip.
