HISTORY OF LES RENCONTRES UROPACA (ONCO UROVAR

TRANSVERSALITY, FRIENDSHIP, EXCHANGES​

These are the first 3 words that come to mind to define our OncoUrovar meeting. We could have mentioned others but it is often said that the first choices are the best. Be that as it may, it is in this scientific spirit and under the Var sun that we wanted in 2013 to create a uro-oncology appointment at the end of the summer.

​

The project seemed a little difficult to carry out but we were immediately helped and dubbed by many colleagues, who befriended us to join us and allow us to launch this adventure, in Bandol and St Cyr sur Mer.

​

Modified standards, the emergence of new molecules, and major advances have been such for 10 years that our meeting is now well anchored.

​

The scientific committee draws up a rich, specialized program which covers these various aspects of medical and surgical oncology.

Today we expect more than 300 guests, around sixty speakers, quality updates, video, and interactivity.
