Any outside person wishing to participate must make an explicit request by email to info@onco-urovar.com.

We take care of your accommodation (1) during the entire event, and reimburse your travel expenses (2)

If you are invited by a laboratory, please contact them regarding your delivery.

Thank you for completing the attendance questionnaire as accurately as possible when registering and thus avoiding any unnecessary food waste for our beautiful planet. (And this even if you are invited by a laboratory, thank you).

(1) Accommodation will be granted to participants living more than 50 km from the event.

(2) Your travel expenses will be reimbursed on an expense report accompanied by original receipts, sent within the prescribed time limits.

Mileage allowances: within the limit of 500 km round trip.

Plane/Train: Reimbursement on the basis of a round trip in 2nd class (1st class by train for speakers and moderators)
